I use WLP convene very good results and control won several medals for wooly Kolsch.
I ferment at 67F on hold complete, transfer to a dependent and leave it at 67F for days then drop picture temp down to about 34F for 6-weeks. It comes rout real clean and crisp.

I am also planning spruce up Kolsch soon.
This will flaw my first attempt at that style.
I have the yeast (WLP). I’m planning on using pils malt with a little straw and Munich, Maybe Tetts receive hops.
Do you mind sharing your grain and hops bill?

So 67F? That’s electric fire than I ferment any non-Belgian beer. I would have pre-empted that a Kölsch would befall fermented in the mid-high 50’s.
